The act of sneaking up behind someone and kneeing them in the back of their own knee. Preferably done while shouting "NEY VILLAGE" loudly in Two Tone.

Origins

It is believed to have originated from a "Disney Village" sign FAIL at a Paris meet. Various letters of the Disney Village illuminated sign had blown, and thus only "Ney Village" was lit up.

Pronunciation

"Ney" should be said in the same way as "knee"

Evolving Use

Ney Village later became Ney Vilage (knee vill-aah-ge) after an increase in sign fail.
