Definition
Plugging is where one toots one's own horn by placing links in the shoutbox, or "Plugging" them.
Plugging is incredibly irritating, especially when done by certain members mentioned below, and anyone plugging should be subjected to a horrible, painful death. However, no one can be bothered to do this, so notorious Pluggers can silently escape into the night...
