Banyan Maximus

Banyan Maximus is the occupator of the brand new (or rather neatened up) treehouse situated in the middle of Wild Asia at Chessington World of Adventures.

He is the best elephant you will ever come across for his deep voice, charming personality and the fact he can creep out children whenever they walk past. No really. Watch from afar, it's quite funny to see noobs jump in fright at a talking elephant. Hilarious!

His voice actors change on a basis during the open season and you can tell this simply through the tone (and the badly covered up microphone with deepening effect), nonetheless this does not draw away from the epicness that is Banyan Maximus.

Banyan Maximus is an avid John Wardley fan, as shown when he invited the surrounding visitors to give three cheers to him for "making the rides at Chessington". It is said that the elephant's interest was influenced by a strange man wearing a John Wardley mask who approached him sometime in mid-2010.
