Theme and Amusement Parks have to entertain their guests somehow, so they come up with ingenious events to create a buzz around the communities, as well to get moar money from the General Public.
Sometimes they may be fun. They may be annoying. They may make an enthusiast cry with annoyance because it's fun. And sometimes, they're so bad you think Why the hell am I here?!?.
These include IP events.
