Time to say hello to the 2015 main season….
It seems like forever since we said goodbye to the 2014 season, but the 2015 main season is now finally upon us! Join us on park for a weekend of rides and catching up on what everyone has been up to over those dark dark days of closed season.
When and where?
This is a two day meet on Saturday 21st March & Sunday 22nd March. We’ll be at the Alton Towers Resort for both days, where a full lineup of rides is currently expected across the weekend.
Friday, 20th March 2015 (optional)
For those who want to head to Staffordshire before the meet, check in to the Travelodge in Rugeley town centre at your leisure.
7.30pm – Pre-meet social at The Plaza (Wetherspoons) just 100 metres walk from the hotel.
Saturday. 21st March 2015
9:00am – Meet outside the Box Office on Towers Street at Alton Towers.
5:00pm – Park closes; those staying over return to Rugeley
8.30pm – Evening meal at The Plaza (Wetherspoons) just 100 metres walk from the hotel.
Sunday, 22nd March 2015
10:00am – Meet outside the Box Office on Towers Street at Alton Towers
5:00pm – Park close
Accommodation
Suggested accommodation is at Rugeley Travelodge, around a 30-35 minute drive from Alton Towers. Book over 28 days in advance for the best rates on the Travelodge website.
Note: As Rugeley Travelodge is some distance from Alton Towers, you’ll need transport to get there. Please check out our who’s going list below or our forum topic for the meet should you need a lift.
