Towers Street is an area at the entrance to Alton Towers, where the mass crowds cram at opening and closing times. It feaures the 'Harrods of Alton', Towers Trading. It is here that your journey into heaven Alton Towers begins, albeit with a photo or overpriced coffee. It is also the 'patch' of the mascots during Closed Season.
Area 'Highlights'
- Towers Trading Company - An emporium to all things Alton Towers and expensive.
- Towers Family Restaraunt - For the greedy and rich.
- Corner Coffee - Unwind here with an outrageously priced drink or pastry.
- Skyride - The most flammable transport system in the world starts here. Board at your own risk.
- Monorail - No explanation necessary.
- Facilities - Toilets, telephones, and the like.
