Today, Alton Towers announced via their website that the Enchanted Village will be available to stay in from April 18th 2015. Bookings are now being taken for the village via the official website.
Some further information of the village was also released, providing more details of the development:
”At the far corner of Alton Towers, next to the enchanted forest lies a small village…
Enjoy an enchanting break in woodland lodges or a luxury treehouse and experience a land full of forest spirits and little fable folk that live amongst the trees. From dawn till dusk the little folk work to keep the lodges neat and tidy, thanks to tiny windows and doors that secretively allow access to the rooms.
Children can climb, slide and play on the quirky structures around the village, as they become a part of the magical story.
In the evening the guests can follow the glowing mushrooms to the Crooked Spoon restaurant where rare glimpses of the little folk have been caught on camera.
Woodland Lodges
Enjoy a short break in one of our 120 fantastical lodges. All sleeping 5 people, each lodge will house a king size bed, bunk bed and truckle bed. Guests can relax on their outdoor decking area, children can have fun in the quirky play areas around the village and guests can make use of the free car parking and easy access to the Theme Park and the rest of the Resort.
Luxury Treehouses
Our five exclusive treehouses sleep 8 people and all have 4 separate bedrooms with their own plasma TV. Each treehouse has its own unique style, with luxury furnishings, full self catering facilities and a relaxing lounge area with 50” plasma TV and games console. Guests can relax in their outdoor dining area, with private hot tub on the decking and beautiful views over the enchanting woodland.”
