Since the new Merlin Annual Pass launched, there has been a ‘Privilege Pack’ advertised for Premium passholders, however this has not yet arrived for many many people.
Today, in an in an email sent out by Merlin to pass holders they have explained the reasons behind this.
Merlin have pointed to the adverse weather conditions as the reason for packs not arriving before February Half Term. They have stated that all packs should arrive before the theme parks open in March.
Some packs will be available from today at attractions (if you needed to use the vouchers within) but unless it’s urgent, Merlin are advising passholders to wait until they arrive in the post.
