Scarefest Family Attractions

Please note: The park have yet to confirm the entertainment line-up for Scarefest 2025, so for now the Freaky Fun Zone shows are from the 2024 event.

Scarefest is not just for the thrill seekers in your family – unlike many other Halloween events around, Alton Towers prides itself on providing fun things to do for all the family.

Amigos in the Afterlife

Location: The Towers
Opening Times: 1pm - Park Close
Dia de los Muertos comes to the Towers and your portal awaits to cross into the afterlife. Can you complete the challenges set by your spirit guides to earn your passage back to the realm of the living?

Trick O' Treat Town

Location: The Towers
Opening Times: 2pm - 8pm
Guests are invited to explore Trick O’Treat Town in this interactive walkthrough, where the townsfolk celebrate Halloween every day of the year!

Monster Ball

Location: CBeebies Land
Opening Times: 1:30pm
All you favourite CBeebies Land characters are preparing for a very special Halloween Party and are inviting all their friends to dress up and join them for a Monster Ball...

Freaky Fun Zone

Location: Towers Street
Opening Times: 11am - 9pm
If you're up for some spooky fun, head to the Freaky Fun Zone to catch up with the park's Scarefest mascots. Just the trick for a treat this Halloween!

Phil's Halloween Dance Party

Location: Towers Street
Opening Times: 2:15pm, 4:45pm & 7:45pm
Guests are invited to join Phil as he hosted his very own Graveyard Bash!

Patch’s Trick or Treat Party

Location: Towers Street
Opening Times: 1:15pm, 3:15pm & 6:15pm
The invites have been sent out and Patch is looking forward to a spooktastic Halloween party. With a little help from his friends it is sure to be a graveyard smash!

Alton Ancestors

Location: Towers Street
Opening Times: 10:15-1:30 (Towers Street) & 2:30-5:30 (Fountain Square)
The Alton Ancestors have risen from the grave and returned to their old stomping grounds. Hunt out a massing of the spirits, a sure sign that an otherworldly flash mob is about to begin...
