Ice Cream from Magic? A little bit of science was in action at Nitrogenie ice cream shop in Gloomy Wood.
Serving a variety of flavours including lemon meringue (made in front of you with a blow-torch!) and Oreo vanilla cream, this little piece of 'ice cream from magic' had guests mesmerised as liquid nitrogen freezes the freshly prepared ingredients to order.
