Turbo Star

Miniature Golf Eiffel Tower by the TurboStar

Turbo Star was one of the park's earliest thrill rides, which sent riders for a spin on one of its 3 arms as they danced through the air.

The ride was one of the new additions for 1984 and was located in Fantasy Land, acting as a dramatic backdrop for the park's Miniature Golf course. Turbo Star operated for six years until 1989, when it was replaced by the Gravitron. The spot where the ride once operated is now deep beneath the queue line for Oblivion, having been buried during the coaster's construction.

But the story didn't end there... after departing the park, Turbo Star went onto the Belgian fair circuit, according to Coasterpedia. Eventually it made its way to Norway, where it is now operates in Kongeparken as Humla and is themed around bumblebees.
