A new restaurant is due to open on 24thJuly in the Alton Towers Conference Centre to serve hotel guests during the resort’s busy summer period.
Alton Towers have made further cuts to their opening hours over the next few weeks, as cost savings continue to make an impact on the operations at the resort
Our very first ‘community project’ has opened for its final voting stage – and this time we’re choosing a logo for the Towers Street community as designed by our very own members!

Alton Towers have launched ‘Instant Escape Week’ – a new promotion for one lucky visitor to win £1,000 every day when you visit the park between 7th – 13th July 2012
Just over a week since TowersStreet broke the news that several of Alton Towers attractions would open an hour later than the rest of the park we can reveal that the decision has been reversed.
Scrat’s Acorn, part of a much loved double act of costume characters has been shelved as part of the current cost-cutting exercise at the resort
Interesting new devices dotted all around the theme park suggest that a park-wide wifi service for public use may well be in the works!
