Mini Meet London Halloween Events: 26-30 October 2018

Some of us are taking a trip to London from Friday, 26th to Tuesday, 30th October - visiting the city and the two main theme parks for their respective Halloween events. We plan on using public transport to get around.

If anybody is interested in any of this please let me know. The final plan is as follows:

Friday Evening
Meal/drinks in Camden area

Saturday
Day in London: Sky Bar, The London Dungeon, Bars/Pubs/Shops etc.
Coach Makers Arms (Marylebone) - Freedom Brewery Tap Takeover

Sunday
09:21 Train from London Waterloo to Chessington South; arrival 09:55
10:00 - 20:00 Chessington World of Adventures: Book Creepy Caves (maze) for 4.00pm (£4.00 online)
21:10 / 22:10 Trains back to London Waterloo

Monday
09:20 Train from London Waterloo to Staines; arrival 09:52
22:29 / 22:59 / 23:29 Trains back to London Waterloo

Sounds like a good craic! I will join for the Friday evening and Saturday if uni timetable allows. Thorpe is a no-go due to uni, and Chessington a no due to not having a Merlin pass!
 
I'll certainly meet up for any non-Merlin stuff in London, if I'm free.

Especially if booze is involved.
 
I may try and come down for Chessington, shall see nearer the time!

After experiencing Frightnights 2016 I’m not planning to go back :(
 
Myself, Josh, Mike and Vik will be staying at the Holiday Inn Camden Lock and the plan is as follows:

Friday Evening: Drinks/Meal (probably in the Camden area)
Saturday: London visits, drinks, food
Sunday: Chessington World of Adventures (Howl'o'ween; 10:00 - 20:00)
Monday: Thorpe Park (Fright Nights, 10:00 - 22:00)

The location is perfect for me, as I live in Camden already!

I'm still toying with the idea of picking up an MAP, so I can't commit to the parks just yet. But I'm a guarantee for the Friday night and the Saturday!
 
I'll now be there for Chessington! But can't promise anything of the Friday and Saturday. Will be a case of seeing whether I get called in on the day.

Definitely going to be doing Chessington now, and shall book that maze ticket this evening!

Right, so whenwhatamwho peeps doing post-park on the sat? I wrap about 5pm, and will definitely need a drink after a day of fapball! Also around all day Friday and Sunday.

As you all know, my lack of social media leaves me somewhat cut off these days, and given that I've not been on meets lately.... I kinda miss you guys. For some reason.
