- Hotel Charles Lindbergh will be being operated as an exclusive hotel it seems, with only guests of the hotel being allowed access
- Bar 1919 located in the hotel is also exclusive to the hotel guests
- Uhrwerk (the restaurant who’s menu Craig posted) is open to park guests during the day, but in the morning and evenings is reserved for Charles Lindbergh guests (I assume it is doubling up as the hotel restaurant as well as an on-park offering)
- Only children aged 8 and up can stay at the hotel
- The website also suggests that the hotel is not step free, and therefore unsuitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchairs
- To ensure social distancing only a limited number of guests are permitted in Rookburg at any time and guests may have to wait in Berlin before being able to enter the area

I have to say, they do look really nice! Please can we divert our attention to of course, the most important aspect of the new area.
The toilets.

Clockwork's Menu is available, however, I can't seem to find the drink list for 1919.
15 craft beers on offer based on the website description, however, which is plenty! The only downside is that 1919 is exclusive for Lindbergh guests.

Pretty expensive don't you think? Definitely a premium restaurant.

Yeah it is pretty expensive, but definitely a premium product. The pork burger is Iberico for example and it's a steak burger. The pasta dishes aren't too bad, the pasta parcels look good!

Glad to see the tradition of obscene washbasins that double as bathtubs continues
Tartare and a flying coaster. My life is now complete.

A brand new attraction opens all of a sudden and you guys are talking about food xD
Tbh after the employee event I expected an opening soon but I didn't expect this without an annoucement.
I'm really excited about Rookburgh and FLY and I don't want to be spoiled too much. Someone on facebook said the dark ride part is freaking good. Hopefully I can go next year again.

A pretty good look around the area and queue, and some great shots of FLY in action.
Dayum those sandwiches look good!
I do hope there'll be a video of the station area soon. Main bit I want to see tbh.

Given it seems that apparently no items are permitted in pockets or on your person (hence the lockers) I suspect it might be a while before a POV or similar surfaces. I’m sure one will at some point, but I wonder if it might take a couple of days.

The theming looks high quality, though I have to say that the area still seems a bit overwhelmed by the ride itself which masks much of the theming from view.
Though the space is tiny so they probably were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Definitely prefer Taron and surrounding areas from an aesthetic perspective.

As expected, it looks excellent. Very much Klugheim II - which is no bad thing given the global following that area gained.
However, was anyone else of the expectation that this hotel was a BASIC offering... the fact it's lumped in with high end meals and an exclusive bar... it's really not what I was expecting. I had visions of a fairly basic price tier hotel - not Steak Tartare, Iberico Pork and a private bar.
I thought it might be the kind of joint I could wander into after any old day on park and enjoy a craft beer.

I love the engine and gauges that go mad as the train goes past. Really well polished effect.
I haven't been since they opened Taron but I have heard while it is themed amazingly there's not much in the way of moving effects. Is that correct? If so it looks like they've attempted more of a "living" feel with this area.

It does seem odd to have the (although beautiful) most basic rooms on resort come with such exclusivity. Maybe they don’t have much space to are concerned that the hotel guests will get swamped out of the booking if they open it up.

Thing is - at weekends they are €449.00 (£400.00) per room, for 2-people. That's €224.50pp. Take a 2-day entry ticket to the park which is going to set you back around €80.00, a 3-course meal will be in the region of €40 to €50pp, this leaves around €100.00 each for the bed and breakfast. It's just very expensive indeed given the size of the rooms.
I really seemed to have gotten the complete wrong end of the stick with this hotel and accompanying outlets
