Totally unexpected. Nice though! Now to wonder where it’s going until the planning docs….

Sounds exciting - I have a feeling it's something like the Duplo Dino Coaster or a Zierer Force 0 for the youngest of guests.
Bit shocked they're focusing on Cbeebies Land and not the CBBC age audience
It's like if you're 1.1m and under in their eyes, you should still be a pre-schooler watching CBeebies... It's short sighted thinking really

This announcement feels random. I'm unsure if more Cbeebies stuff is needed, but it'll get families through the door.
They need more flats.
It’s a prime space but they only recently invested in Spinball…
Then again, they did with Blade. Not to the same level but there is precedent.

Capacity in Cbeebies land is poor on busy days so another coaster makes a ton of sense. They don't cost the earth to build either so probably why it's come as a shock announcement.
Wouldn't be surprised if Spinball goes end of 2025 season to make way for it either.

Could it potentially turn up in this unused space between the Dinosaur Dig and Justins?
It's likely big enough for a Baa Express clone.

Perhaps. Though it’ll need a pretty sizeable queue as Octo can push upward of an hour on peak days. That road is the route between main entrance and security that they use for staff parking and also another exit during events. It’s also the pick up and drop off for fireworks so unless they’ve got another plan in place they’ll need not to touch that.

Realistically, they could end up demolishing Justin’s House and relocating the Santa Grottos’ to another region of the park. That corner is a bit of a dead-zone in the theme park so having another flagship attraction in CBeebies will really help with that.

Capacity in CBeebies Land is also really low, in relative terms, a new coaster would help ease the waiting times from Go Jetters and Octonauts. Wouldn’t surprise me if Get Set Go is on the chopping block as the ride system has been crawling along for a few years ever since they halved the capacity.
I expect this to be a step-up from Octonauts given that they’ve announced a 2026 addition on Social Media, before even submitting for planning application. I’m expecting something like a Bluey-themed Famerang, as the IP is way too big for just a show in Big Fun, and there’s a recently announced Bluey Movie coming out in 2027.
