Nemesis: Sub-Terra

As much as I actually quite enjoy Sub Terra, I feel it's time for a complete overhaul of the attraction. It just doesn't really "do" much and is regrettably a bit pointless. Granted there's probably not much that could be done with a space of that size.

I really enjoy it, I think it could be enhanced quite easily, is the lifts we're replaced with some similar to the ones on the gringotts ride I think it could really improve the feel and believability of it.

In other news the exit lift floors are working (at least the right side was) along with all falling panels, smoke and rattle things

It definitely could be improved but if that was going to happen you’d imagine it would have done during the numerous years that it was shut.

A shame as I think it’s a 6/10 ride that could have been an 8/10 but as it is I’m just happy it was reopened as for a long time it didn’t look as if it would be.

If it's going to stay in the long term they really need to replace the ridiculous 10-across lap bars (why) with an individual restraint for each seat. That would enable the ride to return to full capacity and reduce loading times massively.

It can actually hold 10 people at once seen it before, problem is the seats aren't designed for individual restraints

I wonder if the restraints could be replaced for something similar, but more accommodating, I would imagine ABC have worked on the restraints as similar restraints have been used on other ABC drop towers and they look quite differnt

I love sub terra went on it last year I enjoyed it I think it works if your a bit jumpy like I am my nephew love it for the first time to

I really agree. When I went on it some time ago it took the whole row and a bunch of attendants to push the bar down because of some big guy.

We enjoyed it when we went last week - we liked that it’s different to the other offerings rather than just coaster after coaster.

To get the bar down on one side, they were asking guests to try and touch their toes over the bar (presumably to get their tummy to move up/back). It was an interesting approach and some of them were not amused / looked very confused. They did get it to go down in the end though, just needed to add in some yoga moves first!

I had a perfect run through of Sub Terra on Friday All TVs on, All Drop Towers working and the Elevators even Working all perfect my one question did the exit tunnel used to have Scare Actors or was that left over from Project 42
