A mostly very good way of keeping the Dungeon going as we know it but keeping to the restrictions.

Welcome Room
Went through without the usual talk

Lift
Bit of a moan, we were told to face the wall and stand on the markers, we couldn't see the markers.

Tyrant
Down (already knew that)

Gunpowder Plot part 1
Went through the usual safety instructions that would be given in the welcome room. Then scene ran as normal

Gunpowder Plot part 2
As normal

Torturer
Actor stood in for usual chair volunteer however they asked guests to pick which implements to use. Cage victim as normal. Chair victim actor perhaps too sad, pleading for his life. Usually whoever volunteers is expected to go with the jokes.

Pest House
Went through without a show

Plague Doctor
Well played, actor replaced volunteer however the doctor managed to portray the character of a deranged madman very well.

Great Fire of London, Miss Lovett, Sweeney Todd, Jack the Ripper, Maze, Ten Bells
All as normal (Great Fire scene needs updating though)

Judge
Still picked people to be tried for crimes but instead of weeing in a well, the first victim was accused of being a French spy. (And tricked into speaking French).

Newgate
First half of the group went through
Second half were stopped while a prisoner talked about the Tyburn jig, the new drop method and how to put on a show.

Drop ride and Tavern
As usual

All in all, a good go-through. Effects running quite well.
Any Questions? Just ask!

It was ommited from the website (and someone mentioned it on Towersstreet)
I have no idea why it was down.

Sounds better than the york dungeon

They didn't have second actors....in fact i got picked by the torturer and was still asked to pull my tongue out....'oh you can't your wearing a mask'

The plague doctor's had a pair of boots showing through the already closed chair curtain

We was the only group in too....just didn't work at all

How did group size compare to normal? I did the Alton Towers Dungeon the other week And they only let three groups (of up to four people) in. Which meant we only had 5 people (two groups of 2 and a single person).

The rooms all ran pretty much as normal, the judge was normal but the person picked stayed where they were. No one was picked for the cage in the torcher scene but someone did sit on the seat as normal. Also no one was picked in the plague doctor room, instead there was something that looked like a scarecrow.

Only noticed this today for some reason (sorry), group size seemed smaller but it was still a big group. (Perhaps 16).
