Chessington World of Adventures Resort
Its possible Rattlesnake will get a slight reworking to make it more generic mine, removing the small mexico elements and fit in with Croc Drop and Tomb Blaster.- jon81uk

Probably not yet. Most of the people at Studios North were prop and model makers. This park likely won't need those kind of services for a few years. Better to get a job with a decent prop maker so that the company is contracted to do work for the new park.- jon81uk

The big issue there was JCB refusing to give up land and the councils not being willing to pay the money JCB want for the land.- jon81uk

2025: General Discussion
Its only next day that is £61 (the same as the on the day price). But yes even the £56 is the most expensive advance tickets for a while. Wouldn't be a bad thing if they already have sold enough tickets for the park to be fairly busy and they are trying to put people off coming. Keep the queue...- jon81uk

Just catching up on the Nintendo Direct presentation From: https://www.youtube.com/live/1uGRs-ispRU?si=tRdgg5mxRpF5793P Mario Kart World looks stunning and the driving between courses and different weather is a fun addition. I'm not that bothered about GameChat as I rarely play online...- jon81uk

Mainly seems like they are removing the gold rings from all logos, but not altering them so much that they will look odd if the old ones are still in place somewhere.- jon81uk

Yes, they should keep clear of a futuristic theme, but not a space one. Most "space rockets" look nothing like an actual space rocket, you've either got the retro-futuristic thing of the 1950s/60s or as you say the Jules Verne style that DLP uses. The Florida/California Disney Tomorrowland is...- jon81uk

In a way weekends only might be worse as it means the new staff are straight into high crowds. It might give maintanance more time but not general staff the ability to ramp-up. Maybe they need a Thursday/Friday of cheaper tickets each week with them being selected rides only, then the full park...- jon81uk

I'd rather express pass or fast track is prohibitively expensive so fewer people use it and the main queue moves quicker.- jon81uk

Even when it was "in its glory" there were still many people describing it as a disappointing attraction. There was a book called "B*ll*cks to Alton Towers" about other places to visit in the UK.- jon81uk
