Drayton Manor Park
Not meaning to be blunt, but it was the girls fault! She broke the rules of the attraction that DM put very clearly at the ride entrance and therefore endangered herself and potentially her friends. Should the school not also take some responsibility?!- JackFitzy

No because it's fused with extra special tv screens that look like real fire and I don't think you can really tell the difference. ;)- JackFitzy

How do you expect people in the baggage hold to speed up the queue time? The 5 people you mentioned not in the station can do absolutely nothing with regards to throughput, and the number of people actually in the station is still 4. If we include the members of staff checking fastrack/batching...- JackFitzy

How Busy?
Yeah, late September is normally 10-4 mixed in with a couple 10-5s for good measure.- JackFitzy

No, I absolutely agree. Having two separate queue times, in my eyes would be a godsend as at the minute it's just a guess. On another note, has anyone noticed that you now get split up into different stations at the old photo point? I believe it's to minimize graffiti on the bridge into station one.- JackFitzy

Stargazing Pods
Not your post per se, more the entire barrels thing. When the park are struggling to even get all of their current hotels open, it amazes me that they seem to want to fix it by making more accomodation. It does make one wonder if these are just going to be mothballed in a couple of years anyway.- JackFitzy

2018: Park Operations & Ride Availability
Electricity shouldn't be an issue, a place the size of Alton Towers would almost definitely be on a fixed rate tariff.- JackFitzy

Online shop
I'd actually chuck Blackpool Pleasure Beach into the mix with that one, they seem to harbour an extensive array of products on their website.- JackFitzy

Online shop
If this is bothering you then you could contact the Retail Product Enquiries team, but I imagine the Online Shop will eventually be sorted out. To be honest, I'd prefer it if they focused on sorting out the issues they have on park first before doing so.- JackFitzy
