[2025] Toxicator: New Forbidden Valley Suspended Top Spin
The name Project Ocean made me think of the Zamperla Big Wavez, but I believe it would be too tall and surely cause issues with the splash zone being so close to other attractions. Just a thought- Connor98

That’s the gig I was at! And was considering seeing them again in Birmingham. The Twickenham gig was something special.- Connor98

Very true, it is possible for them to change their account names. Quite easy actually! You’d think they would want brand alignment across all platforms- Connor98

TS Official Meet Calendar 2024
Hopefully I can make the local events. Towers and Drayton. Would be nice to meet you all in person this year! I’ve always been a but reserved socially so let’s break that trend. Let’s hope the bike doesn’t run out of fuel like it did at scarefest 😂😂- Connor98

[2024] Nemesis Reborn: Construction and Speculation
The old loop section would look fantastic in that area where the gun was, but I am unsure wether the foundations shown on the drone shots indicate whether that’s the case. It is very good to see they are taking some of the area into consideration with this re theme.- Connor98

[2024] Nemesis Reborn: Construction and Speculation
Maybe I’ve jumped the gun a little guys. I understand why people would be interested in discussing such matter. But myself I’m just more bothered about the project itself instead of the drama on social media.- Connor98

Drayton Manor Park
I’m curious, looking at going to the dinosaur breakout with my niece and nephew. Do they offer live stage shows too or is it just roaming entertainment?- Connor98

Thorpe Park: General Discussion
It’s a prime example of something I’m victim of all the while. Judging things before they are done. It’s different to what we expected but in my opinion it looks very good and vibrant. Vibrancy seems the way they are going and I’m all for that! Less of the constant dark themes please- Connor98

[2024] Nemesis Reborn: Construction and Speculation
In the most exciting year in uk theme parks for 30 years (opinion), all we have to talk about is a creative leads tweet supposedly aimed to a theme park YouTuber! Jesus. Can’t we all just talk about the return of the UK’s signature coaster, the UK’s tallest coaster, the Drayton manor project...- Connor98

King Charles diagnosed with cancer
I’ve had experiences at both ends of the spectrum with family. My grandma managed to keep going for much longer than anticipated, a real fighter. But my uncle was diagnosed in March and passed away in November! Both experiences are awful, cancer takes no prisoners. It’s an awful disease that...- Connor98

The I Feel Happy Topic!
I made a very sad topic recently about my previous drug use. But now I want to use this thread to show my progress. I’m starting to feel like a new man, I’ve started running distance and hiking. It’s really gave me something to focus on and an eventual goal. I’m interested to hear if anyone else...- Connor98

Should children under 16 be banned from using social media and/or smartphones?
I’m not really clued up in terms of safety protocol involving social media, but it seems companies have failed miserably at making it a safe space for younger users. So until they decide to get their **** in gear I wouldn’t be against a blanket ban on smartphones for under 16s. But unfortunately...- Connor98

[2024] Nemesis Reborn: Construction and Speculation
Are personal attacks really called for, okay you may not like him for this reason or that. That’s fine, but what good does that do posting it on social media. I’ve met John twice, he’s been very pleasant both times and took time to speak to as many people as he could. People calling him for...- Connor98

Football Discussion
The fact we went down with the squad we had was catastrophic, the club sleepwalked to disaster keeping Rodgers in charge as long as we did, yes we lost Maddison and Barnes but we’ve replaced them very well. I’d even argue we maybe have a better squad than what we went down with, Maddison’s...- Connor98

A 5 goal drubbing of Stoke by us (Leicester) today. Still trying to keep as grounded as possible but we are just rolling people over almost every week now, I’m also in love with our new possession style. Enzo has worked wonders in just over half a season. And I know he’s inherited some good...- Connor98

Skyride General Discussion
I doubt they took a conscious decision to reduced their transport offering to spite guests. It’s a very old system and obviously needs TLC. In my opinion, we should judge them on whether it returns or is replaced, not because it’s closed for maintenance.- Connor98

Seen 2 artists last year. Seen them both before, Depeche mode were fantastic, yet Kasabian really lack the front man presence after the split. only got one booked right now, Green Day in June (seen them many times) at Old Trafford cricket ground.- Connor98

2024: General Discussion
A turnstile hasn’t even opened yet, I understand some of your reservations. But I’ll hold judgment until I see it with my own eyes. Just because there isn’t an event on doesn’t mean the park might not have increased its entertainments offering for example. If getting some of the basics right...- Connor98

Hex [2024 Refurb]: General Discussion
if this is true, my guess is it’s not so much the quality of the work carried out but a breach of a warranty/maintenance agreement. Just an idea but I just can’t see a company like Merlin taking any H&S risks, especially with ride hardware.- Connor98
