Finland 🇫🇮 - June 2023
Yes but I don't get why it should even have a jolt like that at a relatively young age it's just quite a Gerstlauer thing to happen. and yeah it's definitely the park who's gone and ordered another infinity in the same colour but you can't help feeling that it's a bit of a silly move. Gerst will...- JAperson

Finland 🇫🇮 - June 2023
I think this just goes to show how inconsistent Gerstlauer seem to be with there thrill coasters. I get that they could've used two infinity coasters to do completely different things but from the way you described it they just sort of don't make sense next to eachother. I can't help but feeling...- JAperson

Drayton Manor Park
I mean they're hardly going to tell you if there is, and they may be too junior to know anyway. I think staffing is most likely but it isn't necessarily just that.- JAperson

Paultons Park: General Discussion
I think if the park were going to go more thrilling a small scale launch coaster would probably do the trick, they could even get one of Mack, they've done a few smaller more family orientated ones.- JAperson

Drayton Manor Park
Quite simply because people are spending there money at bigger parks for one off yearly trips rather then perhaps people in the Midlands doing both Alton Towers and Drayton. It's obviously the cost of living crisis.- JAperson

Southport Pleasureland
As far as I'm aware no statement has been made regarding it. It won't be opening in 2024 I agree, but I don't see any reason it cannot in the future. They've probably ran into a funding issue, they wouldn't have put in an expensive application and followed it through if they didn't want to...- JAperson

I still think theres a good chance they build the coaster they've got planning permission for. We have to remember Southport are struggling for money but they're trying which is the important thing.- JAperson

Blackpool Pleasure Beach: 2023 Discussion
Weirdly, I suppose in some ways people have a better day when the pleasure beach is less busy, because they don't have to queue and fight there way through crowds, not that this article says anything like that.- JAperson

Thorpe Park: General Discussion
It's a system that overall seems to have worked for BTP and people have reported many incidents they're experienced at Thorpe so I think it's a good thing for them to at least attempt to combat this problem. I just hope it's built into the app, nice easy button to push, send a quick form and...- JAperson

Southport Pleasureland
I think it's more likely going to be what they call a specific area of the park, perhaps with the new coaster rather than the rebrand of the park, it's an iconic name that they have no reason to change. I mean for starters Norman Wallis saved the park as he felt the place was special so I can't...- JAperson

Chessington World of Adventures Resort
We know a feature of the apps Merlin use it to remove rides completely and then they reappear. It seems to be something all the parks do, sometimes by accident, so I'm guessing it's pretty easy for them to do.- JAperson
