Planet Coaster 2: General Discussion
What's roughly the scale for the empty building space? I know on PC1 people were able to build full on resorts with multiple parks so I'm assuming it's at least the same size map? Do people have particular approaches when planning and building a park with an end layout in mind to make sure it's...- Martin

Monorail Refurbishment
Noticed when I arrived there was no queue for the monorail and everyone was walking to either entrance. Never seen that before. I think a lot of people are aware now and aren't bothering with it. Which sadly is likely what Towers want- Martin

Fireworks 2024
Definitely the best show of the ones I've been to. The story was fantastic campy fun and the fireworks, lasers, lights and music were all really well done. Noticed how they just skipped over Sub Terra in the 'looking back' bit lol- Martin

Fireworks 2024
I don't believe that for a second but i really hope it ends with a graphic on the screen saying "coming 2025" but with the 5 scribbled out and a 6 written over it- Martin

Rollercoaster innovations
Tbf it's also led to them putting mid course swing launches in seemingly just for the sake of it, a bit of a "never stopped to think if you should" situation- Martin

Review the last roller coaster you rode
Fianna Force Emerald Park The first adult new gen Vekoma invert I've done after a few of the family ones, and a coaster that for a while seemed like it might not ever open. I'm very glad it did. Like its right-side-up cousins, it's intense, fun and smooth, with wide seats and only lap bars...- Martin

Blackpool Pleasure Beach: 2024 Discussion
I can understand the council saying "you have to plant x trees" but it does seem a bit werid for them to say where those trees must be. I suppose it's to stop the park just shoving all of them in the corner out the way to tick the box and then they quickly stuggle for room and die.- Martin

What's your current coaster count?
A few months ago I posted my semi-automated, RCDB linked count chart, heavily based on this one I found on Reddit. I've continued working on it since, modifying some of the code and the appearance, and it's at a point where I can share a blank template if anyone else wants to use it Coaster...- Martin

Your 2024 in Review
They spent a lot of time on the last brake run with spanners, wrenches and hitting it with hammers. They had managed to get cars to move so whatever it was it hadn't seized completely. Of course, it ran pretty much all day the day after 🫠- Martin

Your Top Ten Coasters
End of year update 10 The Smiler Still hanging on despite it all. Every ride brings a new bump or shuffle or jolt, and I can only really face maybe 2 rides a day.
