    Drayton Manor Park

You bring a valid point, but what I was saying is that it's probably an unnecessary cost for not all that much gain, they may well do it, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see a layout that doesn't include it. I imagine they'll have looked at things like this and seen if it's likely to make the...

    Drayton Manor Park

This is basically what Drayton needed, of course it will be interesting to see what sort of layout Drayton has gone with, would be nice if they used the lake for a splash down style element shown in the video but if I'm honest I doubt that will be the case for cost reasons. Nice to see them go...

    Drayton Manor Park

A already used layout wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, as long as it's new to the UK it might make the coaster cheaper for Drayton meaning they're been able to afford something better. Most people who visit are going to have zero idea anyway.

    The Towers: A New Project?

I can't see them using the towers as a hotel if I'm honest, think it's more likely going to be used for multiple purposes. Could have banquets, conferences, heritage tours, weddings maybe even a little museum, there's plenty of space.

    The Towers: A New Project?

I've always felt like I've been in the minority in my belief that if the mazes prevent the towers from opening then they shouldn't be in there. The towers should be open and used, they're a great asset that is massively underused and mistreated. I've given my thoughts loads of times on what they...

    Finland 🇫🇮 - June 2023

Yes but I don't get why it should even have a jolt like that at a relatively young age it's just quite a Gerstlauer thing to happen. and yeah it's definitely the park who's gone and ordered another infinity in the same colour but you can't help feeling that it's a bit of a silly move. Gerst will...

    Finland 🇫🇮 - June 2023

I think this just goes to show how inconsistent Gerstlauer seem to be with there thrill coasters. I get that they could've used two infinity coasters to do completely different things but from the way you described it they just sort of don't make sense next to eachother. I can't help but feeling...

    Drayton Manor Park

I mean they're hardly going to tell you if there is, and they may be too junior to know anyway. I think staffing is most likely but it isn't necessarily just that.

    Paultons Park: General Discussion

I think if the park were going to go more thrilling a small scale launch coaster would probably do the trick, they could even get one of Mack, they've done a few smaller more family orientated ones.

    Drayton Manor Park

Whoever did this should get the sack, awful, tacky and stupid. I hope it isn't real.

    Drayton Manor Park

Quite simply because people are spending there money at bigger parks for one off yearly trips rather then perhaps people in the Midlands doing both Alton Towers and Drayton. It's obviously the cost of living crisis.

    Southport Pleasureland

As far as I'm aware no statement has been made regarding it. It won't be opening in 2024 I agree, but I don't see any reason it cannot in the future. They've probably ran into a funding issue, they wouldn't have put in an expensive application and followed it through if they didn't want to...

    Southport Pleasureland

I still think theres a good chance they build the coaster they've got planning permission for. We have to remember Southport are struggling for money but they're trying which is the important thing.

    Blackpool Pleasure Beach: 2023 Discussion

Weirdly, I suppose in some ways people have a better day when the pleasure beach is less busy, because they don't have to queue and fight there way through crowds, not that this article says anything like that.

    Thorpe Park: General Discussion

It's a system that overall seems to have worked for BTP and people have reported many incidents they're experienced at Thorpe so I think it's a good thing for them to at least attempt to combat this problem. I just hope it's built into the app, nice easy button to push, send a quick form and...

    Southport Pleasureland

I think it's more likely going to be what they call a specific area of the park, perhaps with the new coaster rather than the rebrand of the park, it's an iconic name that they have no reason to change. I mean for starters Norman Wallis saved the park as he felt the place was special so I can't...
