I think its more that the flight prices are very low rather than train prices high. But its possible with both modes of transport to find lowest prices on select days if you aren't worried about going on peak dates.

Yes they allow paying guests to admit friends and family but you can’t just rock up and use the water park without being a pre-booked, invited friend/family of a paying guest.

Center Parcs don't allow day guests, so very different to a general access water park.

A significant number of people stay over at the hotel and then go to the water park in the morning on the second day. Makes more sense to be open from 10am for those guests.
