Hex is poor given how little it has been open. Even with Skyride closed at the start of the season, it is poor given the length of closure required to undertake these works. Would not be a great way to kick off the new season.

If they are building additional flats, adding one depends on the amount of theming/work required. If they so wished, they could quite easily plonk a flat in, say, X-Sector within a few weeks since the foundations for Enterprise and Submission are already there.
