How is X sector operating in 40mph gusts?

Beautiful sunny weather at Towers, quite low queues but yet the park is open til 6pm. I get they expect busier crowds at weekends but having lower queues on a day where you have 2 hours longer just makes Towers look like they click a random generator for opening hours.

Ye the point is Towers should know about it. From what I’ve seen most schools are back after the bank holiday on the 21st. Yes Stoke nearby are off that week 21st-25th but pretty much all other areas are back so why have that week a 6pm close and this week 4 when there’s just as many schools off now

Well it’s a great start to the off peak weekdays. Do Towers actually do any research around half term times around the country and also school trip numbers

I wouldn’t usually recommend this but if you’re going early I’d head straight to Smiler. Then head straight over to Wicker man and hit that up while the queue isn’t too bad. At that point you’ve got the 2 most popular rides done early. Get Galactica done after this as it’ll be on 1 station so...

Ye Rita was on 1 and Galactica on 2. Didn't help that X sector was struggling due to winds but overall queues were ok. Wicker ops are much better on 3 now and it’s making a difference with the queue

Well I judge how good theme park music is by how satisfying it is to listen to. The drop base parts on Smiler in the queue are phenomenal gives you goosebumps

Absolutely not. Granted the laughing part is a bit irritating but the parts with the base is the best music in the Uk imo. It’s catchy, sounds so good in the queue and has a great vibe to it. The music makes the ride it wouldn’t be the same without it

I’m not joking guys when I say it’s my favourite ride now at Towers. I love hangtime and that thing had it to another level. What a powerhouse of a ride an absolute winner for the park

Ouch the queue will be long for that later then. What’s happening with Galactica Nemmy are they both on 2 trains. Wicker was on 2 last weekend has the 3rd train been added now

Yikes busy busy today as expected

They should’ve put a single queue on a high capacity coaster like Nemesis where the queue will move at a good pace not a low capacity flat ride where a single queue will barely move

All just comes down to group numbers doesn’t it. For 19 people sat in a row all you need is 4 groups of 4 and 1 group of 3, you wouldn’t even need any 2s in that scenario
