As a general rule, runners don’t really care that much for post race hygiene (sorry). My advice would be bring baby wipes, deodorant and a change of clothes. Also a large towel for changing under.

From the map looks like it skirts around the gardens (looks like it takes the Forbidden Valley Lakeside walk route without the steps to bring you into Haunted Hollow). Still likely to be a hilly course but maybe not as bad as it could be.

Tbh not actually accurate- we got there at 4.10 and managed 4 rides including getting photos on digi pass each time. It could be a nightmare if they cut the number of ride hosts though (1 per row at points and 1 per 2 rows when quieter)
