How embarrassing if Flamingoland get a better woodie than towers.
There are some promising details in the plans (WOOD!) like the enclosed sections of the ride, theming elements and lack of cattle pen but half of that won't likely materialise and even if it does it's not enough to make this particularly exciting.
So The Flume is going with no plans for replacement? A flagship theme park with only a rapids and a splash battle? I know it's Britain but a park still needs a decent water chutes ride for the summer at least.
He makes a lot of sense.
I just wish a water ride could be toned down during the cold months.
Valhalla is amazing. But you wouldn't catch me on it when it's cold.
I've been on the flume during scarefest/fireworks when it was slinging it down and I was already soaked.
It always seemed to have a steady flow of riders throughout the season (though always more popular in the summer) and with it being a family ride it seems stupid not to replace it.
Hopefully something will emerge in the CATCF site in the future at some point, possibly their next project.

An interesting theory I've heard is what if the first drop isn't a drop so to speak?
