Theme will be very interesting, they won't be putting it up in the air like that for no reason or to save a footpath! Would presumably be much cheaper and easier to plonk on it flat land, super intrigued.
Don't see how this suggests that!?Hang on, "Underpass to Galactica"? Does this mean that the way of dealing with the long running theme clash between the rest of Forbidden Valley and Air/Galactica is that the area will be split in two?
Without the Galactica and RCR plaza, FV would still be quite a sizeable area and it leaves the Air car park free to create a brand new area in the future, which includes Galactica in it.
Far fetched I know but what the hell.
Just playing devils advocate but those theming features look suspiciously like S&S air compressed air containers. I wonder if they have been marked up as theming features on the planning document to throw people off the scent (its not unheard of).

Could be a double sided top spin so both sides face the path.or alternatively it would be facing the path either side of the new tunnel.
Don't the cylinders show as themeing? I'm still leaning towards a Topspin, a screaming swing would be a swinging ride next to another swinging ride which would be odd.Looking at the cylinders i am leaning towards a small screaming swing
The height measurements match those of the floorless version perfectly, but the ground measurements exceed those of both top spin models.Still think it's definitely Ripsaw 2.0. The measurements are just too similar for it not to be a similar ride. Could be the upgraded model though.
in the seccond image, the lower theming pece looks like it has a path entering it, i wonder if this means it will be a anamatronic theming or an element of the ride (as some people have sudgested an s&s swing)
Taken from the planning website can see more plans here: source
Deffo is just a 'tunnel' with a ride popped on the top with themed structures to the left and right.
One thing's for sure, the water fountains won't be returning
"The proposal is for the removal of the existing Funk’n’Fly ride and to replace it with a more
fixed attraction. It measures 11.5m in length x 14.5m in width with a building height of 4.8m.
The attraction sits atop the building and has an approximate overall height of 18m.
Funk’n’Fly has an existing footprint of 390m2 and the proposed attraction denotes an
increase of 550m2."
