The BBC are reporting that the top of the Blackpool Tower is on fire
Luckily it doesn't look very big so far and I hope it doesn't do much damage.

Blackpool Council own the Tower, Merlin simply have the contract to operate the various attractions within.

Blackpool Police statement say there was no fire and it was just orange netting getting blown in the wind.
