I have often visited alone to both towers and other parks.
For parks i know well such as towers and bpb its a chance to blow a few hours at my pace with few compromises. Can also pick my own date and time.
For new parks i enjoy the discovery rather than being guided. So would prefer to be with peoples who were also on virgin territory.
I went alone to Cedar Point and my first trip to Europa i deliberately separated from the tst group for a while.
As theman said earlier, it is quite common when alone to make an acquaintance just by being an allocated single rider and continue to bump into them throughout the day or even deliberately team up.
One thing i do as a lone adult male is to avoid obvious children's areas ( cloud cuckoo land for instance). Maybe being over cautious but its the only change to a visit i make when alone.
