A small park in Austria called Familypark Neusiedlersee is getting a new rat themed roller coaster for 2013, according to Airtimers:

When a page that has its roots in the beautiful Alpine country Austria, we are naturally proud to support our local farms and allowing some media attention in the cross-national fan base can be. So we are fortunate to be able to present our diligent readers of the first artwork for the new roller coaster at the Family Park Lake Neusiedl in St. Margaret. As befits a family park, the roller coaster for big and small members of the family will be usable in order to deliver the greatest, common family can enjoy. The minimum height is thus only 1 meter! With its 430 meters distance to the mill rats are fully integrated next to the apple in the air park and provide some unique views. On the base of 90 meters width to 50 meters should visitors to the famous four-seater Bobsledwagen speeds experiencing up to 54 km / h and plunge 19 meters, the highest point on the lift hill, down to the pleasure with the gnawing animals. Who other Bobsled Coaster such as the G'sengte Sau Tripsdrill or Van Helsing's Factory knows, the well should be aware of how much fun these cars. We look forward to any event quite Austria newest roller coaster, and you will regularly provide Baubildern!

The ride is now on RCDB too. It appears that the ride will be a 1,410.8 ft long custom Gerstlauer Bobsled coaster with a maximum height of 62.3 ft.

This park is home to a beautiful Mack YoungStar coaster called Götterblitz too:

Why on earth is RCDB adding cartoon images like that to the database? Random...

RCDB usually add concept art where it's available.

That Mack YoungStar is beautiful! Certainly a lot nicer than Pegasus! :D

That crocodile log flume looks win!

Just found a small article on Airtimers regarding the parks new coaster. I love this headline:

The first sod of the Mill Rats
:p

In gatherings of Mayor of Rust (Austria), Mag Gerold Stagl, the park mascot Filippo and CEO Mario Müller today was the symbolic act of the first Spatenstiches for the construction of the upcoming new release, the rats mill, a Gerstlauer Bobsled Coaster, instead. The roller coaster that is no less than to be the first roller coaster in the Gerstlauer in Austria finds its place under the theme "farm" in close proximity to the carousel. The opening will take place in four months, so in June, and both adults and children have put a little more joy in the Family Park.

Looks like a good investment for a smaller park. The layout isn't spectacularly special, but it looks pretty fun all the same.

When parks like this can add decent rollercaosters taht look this good, it makes me wonder why certain other theme parks rarely invest. (Efteling I'm looking at you ;) )

^ Agreed! Something along the lines of this as a replacement for Beastie (maybe make it a little smaller and slower, but give it better theming) would be great. :)

Airtimers have a few more images of the ride here, as well as some information (make sure you have a browser that can translate if you don't know much German :p ).
