"World novelty in planning! We want to reveal yet not too much, but one thing is certain: only the most courageous of you to dare a ride this attraction!" (translated)

Surely they can't afford anything decent...? Image kinda reminds me of Novgorod a bit, I guess that's a possibility. Maybe a Mystery Castle-style tower ride...?

That translation of "world's first" is more accurate to what we think of them these days in English than what it meant in the first place!
