...but now a new theme park is set to take its place in the form of Grand Texas:
A new theme park, complete with roller coasters and a water park, is headed to Montgomery County. Grand Texas will be a 70 acre park at Highways 242 and 59 north of New Caney. The developer tells Eyewitness News the park will also offer an entertainment complex, adjacent water park, hotels and restaurants.
