Kaninlandet, translated to Rabbitland, will be built at Liseberg for their 90th anniversary, according to TheCoasterCruiser over on CF. Apparently it will cost €23 million, their biggest investment ever.

Here are some photos from the park's Facebook:

Seems a lot of land to use up for a park so short of space!

It may seem like a lot of land but if I recall correctly the new rides are very similar to rides that were already in that area. In fact the rides which take up the most amount of space were already there to begin with (these being the larger kid’s coaster, boat ride and tractor ride (although it has been moved)). It seems like this new land is just a way to add a few more rides and a consistent theme without making it feel too crammed.

I think it looks really cool! The red monorail style ride reminds of Squirrel Nutty and the overall land theme reminds me of Old MacDonald's Farmyard and Storybook land, plus the Rabbit mascots look creepy cute! ;D

The new coaster looks like a Zierer Tivoli, Or am I wrong?

They already have a Zierer Force-Two, called Rabalder, which looks pretty ugly at the moment. Maybe it'll be that, relocated.

'TRELLIS: The Ride' ftw! :D

I've checked, this is a new coaster. Both this and the other one are on the plans. This one is much smaller, barley even a coaster, and in red rather than yellow.

And it's a Preston & Barbieri, of Nitro and Max Adventures Master Thai fame. Looks like a variant of a Big Apple/Wacky Worm.

Well, this is an... interesting development. It's great that Liseberg are pushing for this scale of investment and that they've got a clear cut idea to boot. The land looks to be a combination of Cloud Cuckoo Land and Old McDonald's Farm though I can't think of anywhere else that has automobile themed cars on a monorail track.

Oooh! They are getting one of those.... damn, I forget what they are called. Paultons has one in Piggywiggyland called Windy Castle. You can get an insane spin going on those! :D
