London in a day- review

Getting the train at 6am would never be fun, and it wasn't. Everyone, my brother, mum and dad were moody. So I just left them to argue while I slept on the other side of the carriage! An hour later we arrived at Birmingham, had a mc Donalds breakfast (I had pancakes!) And got on the next train to London, which was full of horrible, noisy teenagers. But the time quickly passed and we arrived at Euston around half 9. It was so busy and claustrophobic,, unlike anything I'd seen before. We needed to get a tube to Waterloo, but, annoyingly then northern line was closed, so we had to get a very hectic tube, change, and change again before we got there.
Next, we figured going to the dungeons first would get it over and done with, and hopefully have the shortest queue of the day. But first, we had to find them. I was shocked at the little signage, and we got lost a few times, but eventually we got there. To see a massive queue. The ssign said that it would be 2 hours from this point, and it was the most boring queue ever. Inside wasn't much better, those annoything jester people screaming down your ears, only amusing the little 5 year olds.
We didn't prebook our tickets, so were stuck in the longer queue, but from watching, we were held back while they emptied all of the priority queue, and we found ourselves standing still for around 20 minutes at some points.
We thought we were there, but no, even more of a queue, in the dark, with horrible smell effects on top of the disgusting BO of people all around us..
When we got to pay, it cost all four of us £24, due to me and my brother using our blue peter badges, and mummand dad using bogof.
The first scene wasn't very memorable, but the boat ride was good, didn't expect it to go backwards! We came off the boat last, so missed most of the next scene, which was disappointing. I haven't got the best memory for all the scenes, but I thought the Mrs Lovett's pie shop was very good and funny, as was the barber scene after, which had good effects. There was a bit of awkward waiting time though, where we were left waiting in the talking coffin scene (which was very boring anyway) for about 5 minutes, with no instructions or actors telling us what to do! It was a bit of a let down, we were waiting for someone to boo us! The jack the ripper scenes were my favourite, the woman playing Mary Jane Kelly was excellent, and the pub scene was terrorfing, the effects in the dark when jack appeared in the strobe lighting, with knives was really good!
The final ride was good, however it was ruined after we were told "its a drop ride" by the staff, which kinda ruined the atmosphere- I remember in the old dungeons we weren't told what was happening, apart from that we were being hanged.
Overall:
Someone needs to be at the entrance handing out deodorants. In such compact areas its disgusting to get big wafts of someone's stinky armpits.
Why bother going to the dungeonsf you dony speak English? I was sick of German and French teenagers speaking in their own language above the actors, not listening, and pushing around.
Better queueing system needed, where both queues are moving, and maybe wooden benches around the sides to sit on!
Less awkward waiting times, so we can go smoothly from one scene to another, as it happened a few times, before the doctor scene, before the jack the ripper scene and before the final ride.
But, I really enjoyed it, more than the previous dungeons! However, I would never pay full price, because for me, its just not worth it.
More in a few minutes :)

We came outside to scorching hot sun! We bought some overly expensive water, and headed to see parliament, downing street and big ben , which was good, but so busy! I swear I'm in around a billion photos, because its so stupid how people just stop to take them, and there's nowhere to go but walk straight through them. It was scary the amount of people, and I couldn't help picturing attacks happening...eugh, never going to live in London, I'm definitely not a city person! We then went to the square, whose name has disappeared from my mind! But we sat by the fountains and had a well deserved rest, just people watching. We trailed to lester square, and ate at a post Mexican place, which was lovely! I had the biggest burger ever, and only managed to eat half of it.
By now it was 3.00, and we had 4 hours until our train. We decided to look around Covent garden, see if we could spot any celebs, and do some window shopping at posh designer shops. We waited outside the ivy, watching police circling a posh black car parked on double yellows- must of been a celebritys, they'd of clampted it if it were any normal persons! Then, we were lost, and apparently according to my dad walking around the same area for 20 minutes... By this time our legs were killing us, but my dad was content on us seeing everything, and using a sat nav, made us walk a.l the way up pall mal, to Buckingham palace. Then we sat by a fountain, and did not move for half an hour! Although by now t had rained a bit, we were sweating, thirsty and burning (I've got a nice tan though) we went back to leister square via the tube, had a look around more shops, particually M & M world, where they had some amazing stuff, and stupid prices. It was packed in there, and a tiny box of m and ms, about a quarter of one of them share bags, cost £7!
By then, itwas half six, with our train at half 7 we headed back to the station, got some food and started the everlasting journey home. It didn't help that the train from Birmingham to Shrewsbury was cancelled, making us get a later train full of rowdy drunks. We arrived at Shrewsbury for 111, got a taxi home and went to bed.
I woke this morning with dead legs at 7AM. So I apologise for any bad spelling, anything that doesn't make sense or anything else you want to complain about.
