I'll be visiting Istanbul later this year and I'm considering whether or not to make a trip to Viaport Marina Tema Park (aka Korsan Adasi). Has anyone here been to this park? I'm wondering how easy it is to get to from the city centre Asian side of Istanbul via public transport and if the park is worth a visit or not. (my main interest for going there would be to ride Red Fire). I also have a question with regards to the admission price, the park website just lists it as 799 Turkish Lira which is about £16. However I've heard reports before that the park charges non-locals a different more expensive price. Does anybody know if this is still the case and if so how much the "tourist" admission price is? I'm sure that I've seen reports on Reddit of people paying a lot more than that to enter the park.
Alternatively is the other park Vialand on the other side of Istanbul a better one to visit than the Viaport park? Though I saw a Coaster Dash vlog from last year that mentioned an eye watering tourist price of $90 USD which seems crazy.
