Most are sold rather than scrapped though.

If you are looking for ride designs that were never built then I would recommend looking here: https://towersstreet.com/construction/sw1-sw2/
SW1 & SW2 were plans for a pipeline coaster in what's now the Nemesis site.
Another scrapped design was a cross-valley wooden coaster which was scrapped due to being unlikely to get planning permission.
