SF Great America: half of 'Wild Eagle' for an RMC conversion?

2014 - New Ride - Rumor - (8/15/13) It looks like the RMC revamp of the American Eagle’s Blue Side may come true after all, as this sign was spotted at the park today. While intended for crew members, it is good to note that they list the crew’s last day to ride the Blue side as being the night of August 26th.

Spotted recently at the ride exit, presumably aimed at employees.

Everyone (well, CF) at the moment seems to think that one side will be a crazy, insano RMC vom-machine, while the other half will be kept as a classic racing woodie (i.e. dull) which would look very odd and interesting.

I have a theory that they may be using the fact that the ride has two sides to entirely rebuild both sides but to keep the ride open all the way through. So rebuild the blue side, open it, and then rebuild the red.

Either way, it seems that the Texas Giant incident has not put a dent in RMC's fortunes!
