Is there a more satisfying feeling than the one you get when you push out a particularly large lump of...stuff from your rear end?
 
So I was cleaning my bathroom this morning, and realised I needed to answer a call of nature. Went to the downstairs loo, did the deed, and…Cue me writhing in agony for well over an hour. One of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. Had to lie down on my bed for what felt like an eternity until I felt better (plus paracetamol helped). I must’ve strained a muscle in my back or something - can’t think of any other explanation!
