Damn you. I wanted to be the one who made the bread joke this time. Surprising how they manage to get all this stuff done whilst making sure all of the bread is baked properly.

The next ride with them will be a bike style coaster based on the old Hovis advert of a delivery boy riding down a big hill on an old shop bike

Scruffy Dog have shown us another one of their concepts of Wicker Man, this time showing the rides main entrance!

It was nice yesterday to see Wickerman running with few problems. No seat locking faff and only one short period of significant downtime.

I echo the above, it was running very well and getting a far more reasonable throughput. And the main queue moved more quickly with there being no massive fastrack queue!

It is just a pity that there are so many problems with the effects. No fire due to ongoing issues, hardly any smoke in the tunnel before the lift, little to no smoke in the sound tunnels. I still really enjoyed Wicker Man on Sunday but I hope that they can get all of the effects back soon.

All those effects that @Rob mentions in his post, them not working properly seriously does worry me. Some of those effects were part of what made the ride so unique, but if they're not working properly, so that the intended effect isn't happening, then I'm slightly worried about how much I'll enjoy my next ride on Wicker Man, should they not get them all fixed by then. I can live without the shoulder fire effects for now, as they aren't really part of the actual ride experience, but the other smoke and mist effects need to be working properly, otherwise there is an impact on the ride experience..

This is like watching a POV! This guy has created WM in Planet Coaster using only the plans, pictures and videos. He lives in Belgium and has never seen in real life or ridden WM. Absolutely outstanding work. Those of you who may play Planet Coaster will know the limitations of the game and that makes what he has done even more impressive!

We shall see! Despite the unpopular opinion on here, I really do like The Smiler so if I have a smooth ride on that tomorrow that it will be harder for Wicker Man to take the top spot from it, but we'll see!

To be clear the The Smiler is still a pretty awesome rife,just it has lost the number 3 place for me.

Batching complete mess today
Batching people from the q straight into the preshow area. When full starting the show
Cause :
Batching completely out of sync with the trains. Either sat in the tunnel waiting, no guests in the air gates to fill the next train
Or sat on a half full train again waiting for people to come from the next preshow to fill the train

I think the issue is the numbers aren’t exact, they try and load 2 trains worth of people in the pre show but they may under load which throws the ratio off, if that happens a few times the whole thing goes to pot.

Sorted out the preshow but yea. It’s now all gone to rack n ruin.
They need to either send an empty train or. Part full train to reset the batching. They won’t tho. Keep muddling on waiting for people to come through and fill the trains up.
Preshow are always bad ideas.

Went on it three times, first batching was fine but was a mess after 12pm.

Staff need to make it clearer to all no bags go straight through. One woman and her kids blocked the entrance as she said we were all in a queue

Inside poor young staff member was getting a hard time by a VIP holder who was insisting on front row despite her telling him no and to go to row 5 they just decided to go and stand at row 1 anyway, that then distracted her as she was mid batching.

lack of fire effects not great but water effects were nice in the heat

I’ve been asked once what row I wanted (the bays were full up till 5 or 6) I said front (I had my fingers crossed) and the the staff member sent me down to row 1.
