That does seem rather counterintuitive, to open a ride early, but not tell anyone it's open unless they can see it operating.

BAt least Towers aren't denying the kids the same experience by Octonauts opening late. This doesn't excuse the lack of open rides...

BWicker Man opened at 9:45 today and Spinball has been open since 10 too, which the app won’t have picked up.
