Flavio’s Fabulous Fandango
Alongside The Retro Squad, Flavio’s Fabulous Fandango was one of four temporary new rides added to the park for 2021 to help increase capacity in the wake of COVID-19, whilst several mainstay attractions were unable to operate at full capacity.
The ride opened when The World of David Walliams debuted on May 17th 2021, as a welcome addition to the new area ride line-up. Located next to the Royal Carousel on the former site of the Twirling Toadstool, the ride used the 4D cinema's frontage as a queue.
Flavio’s Fabulous Fandango was on loan from showman, George Burrows, and was originally only intended to operate for a single season. However, it remained beyond its original tenure, and in the end operated for four seasons, before departing at the end of 2024.
