It’s time to say goodbye to another season…
It is that time of year, folks, when we say goodbye to what has been one of the most challenging seasons at Alton Towers in its history. Hopefully they can go out with a bang, with the annual spectacular fireworks display that we have all come to enjoy so much.
When and where?
This is technically a one-day official meet, though as some will no doubt be on park on the Saturday too, there is a mini meet on Saturday 5th November as well as the official meet on Sunday 6th November.
MINI MEET: Saturday 5th November 2016
10:00am – Meet at the Resort Box Office on Towers Street
7:00pm – Fireworks display
9:00pm – Park closes
OFFICIAL MEET: Sunday 6th November 2016
11:00am – Meet at the Resort Box Office on Towers Street
6:30pm – Meet at the bottom of TowersStreet for the fireworks display
7:00pm – Fireworks display
9:00pm – Park closes
Accommodation
Despite this being a one-day official meet-up, many members will inevitably be staying over at the Alton Towers Resort, due to the notoriously low room prices and for a drink or ten! If you’re looking in to booking a room, please visit the Alton Towers website.
