TS Facebook are reporting that ripsaw is in pieces in the car park along with the bridge and parts of the queue so I guess this is it for ripsaw :(

Well from what I can see it's only queue line ride might still be there but probably been sold to some park in China

It should be the other way around instead of trying to save anything at the hell hole chessington is a bigger disgrace than towers
 
ripsaw needs a major mechanical refurbishment. It has had a long fun filled life at AT. maybe it time for it to go to the retirement home for old flat ride.
I do not like huss topspinners, however, when i see the space where she was. I will remember the fun times where I watched and laugh as my daughter and her mate got totally soaked on the old girl.
I just hope that they replace her with a ride that will give myself and my daughter memories like ripsaw did.

Absolutely not. The ride is leaving. I appreciate you may need some evidence for this, which I cannot provide - but it's most certainly leaving.

Aw this is sad but I knew this day was coming. I always enjoyed watching a couples of cycles with the crowd while in Forbidden Valley :(
 
Well this has been comming for a long time, not surprising, but it will be missed, was the best flat in the park, even in the state it was in its last few seasons.

I thought this would happen originally, but when I first rode it this year, and even more towards the end of the season, it became obvious that the only place ripsaw was moving was the scrap heap.

I'll be sad to see it go, leaving only blade, enterprise and marauders mayhem (arguably) as flats. But I'm glad it went whilst on its last legs instead of dying completely mid season. I have good memories of it, and I hope the (eventual) replacement will be just as good or better.

Was it removed now because it's part of the LTDP, or simply because it's knackered?
