The only time I had hot chocolate at Towers was about 3 seasons ago when hot drinks were free to MAP holders. It was good from what I can remember, but I think it was because I got it for free.

Like the coffee. I was looking forward to ADD to get my caffeine hit but it was just awful, watery yuck. Those powder mix machines should be binned.

It looks like Pringles have replaced Walkers as the crisp suppliers as well. Not so sure on that one myself.

They really need to look into doing something with the coffee though. I like a coffee but rarely have one at Towers because of how bad it is. BPB brew Starbucks coffee in their outlets, something like this at Towers would be a vast improvement.

:)

To be fair, you can at least reseal a Pringles tube, not spilling crisps all over your bag! Costa or Café Nero please.

£5 a cup?! Medium Black is £2.20 ;) But yeah, it would most likely be £3+ for the same thing. No no, anything but Starbucks. Also no 'fancy coffee' is allowed :D

Starbucks please! But I feel it will definitely be Costa they have or a potentially less commercialised brand like Caffe Nero or Pret A Manger, proper Starbucks coffee shops seem too prestigious given the state that the rest of Alton Towers is in! :D

Starbucks prestigious? Maybe in the 90s. I thought it was more like the McDonald's of coffee shops. Every Starbucks I've been to in the UK looks run down with peeling paint, dated decorations and uncomfortable "canteen" style furniture ... Filled with tourists and loud foreign students not to mention the dirty tables and rubbish all over the floor.

The ones I've seen State side look a bit nicer I guess.

I would hope for something else like a Costa or Nero as they are normally furnished much better and with comfortable seating at the least. Other than that I'm not an expert on the exact differences between them as I'm not a huge fan of coffee shops generally. All I know is that Starbucks always seems to be too busy, uncomfortable and dirty.
