Rain Recommendations

I'm driving down on Monday and our plan was the golf for Monday afternoon (no park or water park tickets til later in the week). However I've checked the weather report and if it is raining what are your recommendations for something else to do on or near site? We have 3 kids under 9. Thanks!

well, the only other attraction/activity that i can think of is the Tree Top Quest high and low ropes courses, which should still be open in the rain (unless it gets really heavy).

If the rain is not too heavy I'd still recommend the golf course! It's a lot of fun, just wear some waterproof jackets and you should be fine! Certainly think it'd be more suitable than Tree Top Quest in the rain.

Again though, it's not the most ideal place to visit in the rain!

I agree it's not as ideal as being indoors. I can't think of much beyond local factory/pottery tours to do indoors, which isn't the best for kids under 9.

However the walks in the Monkey Forest are mostly sheltered by tall trees and walking through a forest in the rain is a lot more tolerable for little ones than being out in the open. Especially when you have monkeys as a distraction.

Britain eh :rolleyes::D
