Meet The Trolls
Thursday 27th October, between 12pm and 5pm in Cloud Cuckoo Land. The Trolls are coming to Alton Towers Resort this Scarefest! You can meet Poppy and Branch, two of the most exciting and interesting residents of Troll Village. DreamWorks’ TROLLS is a fresh, broad comedy filled with music, heart and hair-raising adventures

It's nice to see new features to the line-up even if you have to pay extra. Also funny there was a CATCF about a Dreamworks retheme and this 'Meet The Trolls' event may hint to that being true

Correct me if I'm wrong, but haven't they done a nerf game, e before (not at scarefest, but as part of a summer or half term event)?

Anyway, good to see more family activities. Might not be for my age, but I have my tickets for house of monsters :) intrested to see how it goes.
 
New blog post from Alton Towers about scarefest, sounds like there will be a ‘Rollercoaster Devil Firecracker Pulled Pork Burger’ in the rollercoaster restaurant which sounds mouth-watery tasty.
 
Apparently altonville mine tours is based on a mining town in America called bodie. Reading through the new blog, I'd like to make a prediction on AMT. Just my prediction, but I'll spoiler anyway.
you will be taken into the mine by a tour guide who will begin to tell you about the "skin snatchers legend", either by a video or the tour guide will give a scripted introduction. After the introduction, the tour guide will begin to lead you down into the mines (I'm guessing there will be either a fake sub terra type lift, or stairs to simulate going into the mine). Once in the mines, the tour guide will be killed by the skin snatchers.

The group will be chased round the "mines" by the skin snatchers, in a maze slightly less intense than sub species. The finale could go different ways, but I would personally like to see a short scripted scene, perhaps something that linked back to your accent back to the park. It sounds just like towers to forget that once you go underground, you need to come back up.
Just my thoughts, but I'm really excited to see how this goes. The entrance of skin snatchers doesn't actually look too bad. Not sure if it will beat end games, but it's definitely looking better than TotT and molly crowe.

11684 minutes for terror of the towers according to ride times... not sure it there's enough people in the country.

Maybe they're trying to scare people.

The Scare section of the ride times on the app suprised me, nice feature that is! New for this year or have i just been missing it:p
