A look at the atrium of Hotel Krønasår from the ground floor. :)

Also, this video. Amazing aerial footage of the hotel!

It's looking fantastic! The exterior of the buildings seems to be pretty much done now however there is still quite a lot to do inside over the next 12 weeks.

It looks great, can't wait to stay here in June. Always wanted to return to the EP hotels after staying in El Andaluz in 2014. :)

It was previously announced by Thomas Mack that Europa-Park had signed a deal with Carlsberg to provide beer for Krønasår and Rulantica. This article published yesterday expands slightly further on this, here is a quote from Thomas Mack:

"Having Carlsberg as a big traditional company by our side is a great feeling! The partnership will underscore the Scandinavian authenticity of our gastro offer. We have always been specialized in offering our guests high-quality local products in all areas. The combination of our water experience world of 'Rulantica' with the detailed Scandinavian thematization and the matching large selection of freshly drawn craft and premium beers from Carlsberg will give visitors the feeling of being in the middle of the beautiful north of Europe - a true pleasure experience is guaranteed!"

Good to see that there will be craft offerings as well!

They sell Carlsberg Unfiltered at Anfield and it's actually really nice. Seems odd they filter all the taste out the regular lager.

Thomas Mack has posted a variety of images over the past few days showing the progress on furnishing areas inside Hotel Krønasår, including the à la carte Bubba Svens restaurant. :)

And one of the exterior. Because why not when it looks so amazing!? :D

Is it just me that finds the exterior out of place? Perhaps once the other water park side is finished it won't stand out as being so huge and alone. From photos it just looks vast and looks to stand alone?

I like the buildings themselves, especially the main 'museum' one, but I can't help but feel they would've looked better more scattered with walkways and gardens between. Again, perhaps when the waterpark side of the street is done it will look more natural. (And trees always help).

Rulantica is round the back, so I don't think it will look too much different when completed, though I imagine once all the finishing touches are added out the front, it will look less "alone".

Things like this you can never tell from a photo posted online alone, it might feel completely different in person.

Having visited the construction site in person, it does feel quite out on its own. But as I have said when the finishing touches are added, and there’s a hustle and bustle of people, hopefully it won’t feel so alone.

It feels on its own because it very much is on its own. However I am sure there will be planting of trees upon completion which will help with that and we know that they have plans for further expansion around Krønasår/Rulantica. I'd expect another hotel to join Krønasår in the next 5 years.

I do like the fact there is somewhere that's a simple coffee shop in the hotel.

Looks very Granny Sheets.
