It's funny, some parks/ride ops treat the maximum as a guide rather than a strictly enforced limit.
One of the reasons I've only really gotten into theme parks and roller coasters in the last couple of years is that I always thought I was too tall to ride most good rides in UK parks. But it seems like if you can fit, then you can ride in many places, despite the restrictions.
Having not been to AT yet (my first visit is in 10 days time!!), we emailed them to check because there's a couple of rides with maximum height limits.
Not too fussed by Rita, and if Spinball Whizzer is the same as Dragon's Fury at Chessington then I'm not too bothered about that either - but I would quite like to ride TH13TEEN. But I managed to fit on The Barnstormer at WDW so I figure I can probably just about squash into it somehow.
